When Vicky is not teaching she is busy writing thrillers.  Powerless was Vicky's first YA thriller about how the effects of grooming tore a family apart.  You can find Vicky regularly supporting other indie authors on Twitter, reviewing and sharing her thoughts on books and the writing process.  She has attended careers events as a teacher/author and even been invited to speak to year groups about the process of writing a gritty thriller centred around teenage girls.
